The tabs. The questions. The work that keeps piling up. Your AI browser assistant for students helps with supported coursework, linked readings and written responses, so you can catch your breath.
Install Agent from the Chrome Web Store. An active Agent allowance is required to run it. Sign in to your Agent account to choose a Day or Weekly Pass or check your eligible paid Helper welcome trial. Installing the extension does not start a trial or purchase a pass.
Connecting does not start an activity. You can use Stop at any time.
Try the sample quiz, matching activity, and written response. Every action is simulated. Sample saves, confirmations, and receipts do not come from a real school account.
McGraw Hill Helper still works, and you can keep using it. Agent builds on the same browser automation technology for more supported coursework workflows. Use the same SolveX account; Helper plans and Agent passes have separate access.
Agent targets coursework workflows in McGraw Hill Connect and SmartBook, D2L Brightspace, Canvas, Blackboard, Pearson, Cengage, Edgenuity, DeltaMath and ALEKS. Platform compatibility is in beta. Compatibility varies by school, page and activity; listing a platform is not a claim that every workflow has been verified. No affiliation, certification, or endorsement is implied.
View Agent passes and trial eligibility. The welcome trial is for eligible accounts with current paid McGraw Hill Helper access, once per account. New customers can buy an Agent pass without buying Helper. Day and Weekly passes have finite usage allowances and no automatic renewal. Pass details are loaded from the current Agent configuration; your account shows remaining usage and expiry.
How to install and use SolveX Agent · SolveX Agent vs McGraw Hill Helper
A browser assistant available in the Chrome Web Store. An active Agent allowance is required to run it. It reads the current activity, uses page context and available images, and takes supported browser actions. It builds on the browser automation behind SolveX's McGraw Hill Helper.
Yes. Your existing McGraw Hill Helper still works. Agent is a separate extension for a wider range of supported workflows, using the same SolveX account. Helper plans and Agent passes are separate access products.
Agent is being built toward coursework workflows across Pearson, Cengage, Edgenuity, DeltaMath, Canvas, ALEKS, D2L Brightspace, McGraw Hill, Blackboard LMS and more. Compatibility is in beta and varies by school, page and activity. Platform-specific workflows still need testing. Embedded or inaccessible controls can require opening the activity in its own tab or granting site access. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Review first is the default and stops for you to review. Full access can submit the selected activity and follow confirmation steps. Agent checks for a receipt or equivalent completed page before reporting completion. Always review what you hand in.
It can use available summaries and transcripts from linked videos and combine them with readings and instructions. If those sources are missing, it flags the gap. Written responses and a recovery draft are supported; file generation and uploads are not included in this beta.
The welcome trial is for eligible accounts with current paid McGraw Hill Helper access, once per account. Sign in with your existing SolveX account to check eligibility. The clock starts only when you activate, with a finite allowance and no automatic renewal. A free Helper trial or complimentary access does not qualify. New customers can choose an Agent Day or Weekly Pass without buying Helper.
Check your Agent account for current pass and trial availability. Day and Weekly passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Each has an access duration and a finite allowance of Agent step-equivalent units, shown with the pass. Requests with longer retained source context or images can use multiple units. Audio transcription has a separate unit cost, shown with the pass, and uses only the first three minutes of a sample. Your Agent account shows the current remaining allowance and expiry.
It keeps a bounded checkpoint for the same open activity and attempt, eligible for recovery for 24 hours. It is not a permanent course profile. Closing the tab or restarting Chrome can prevent resume. Image questions may need the activity tab visible.
No. The interactive workspace uses synthetic sample content and simulated actions. Its saves, confirmations, and receipts are examples. It cannot access a school account, purchase a pass, or submit real work.
